I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! We sure did!! The kids go to a traditional school instead of year round, so Christmas break was very appreciated by them. They had two weeks off school and loved every minute of it. We played in the snow a ton, went sledding and made gingerbread houses with our friends. It was a lot of fun. After New Years the girls were able to see their cousins who live in Minnesota. That was much anticipated, they love Elizabeth, Paige and Dallin so much. It was really good to visit with them and hope they come back soon! On January 3rd Preston was able to see one of his best friends Kaden get baptized. Kaden lives in Iowa right now and Preston misses his friendship, so he was really excited to see him again. We've all been keeping pretty busy. I started babysitting one day a week, which has been pretty fun. Alyssa loves the company, it's been nice for her to have someone to play with. Olivia spends her time reading, listening to music, and playing with friends. Preston loves going to scouts. They do so many fun things, he can't wait to go each week. He's also excited for his dad to take him skiing. We hope everyone has a wonderful New Year!

Sounds like you had a great holiday. Isn't it sad when the kids have to go back to school? I wasn't ready. I loved having them home. Hope things are going well for you.
The picture of the kids is so cute! It was good to see you all. You should come see us sometime. We probably won't be back to Utah for a LONG time.
