School finally started!! This was the longest summer of our lives. Preston and Olivia started at a new school this year called Providence Hall. They went from year round to traditional, which made us have a three month summer. I didn't think it would ever end. The kids were so bored toward the end. Olivia was just begging to go to school. Now that they are back, everybody is happy! They are loving their new school. They both come home so happy each day, I've really noticed a difference in their (Preston's) attitudes towards being at school. They are learning spanish (which they think is way cool)! They are also taking music and art classes. So far, they are loving it!!
Alyssa also started pre-school. The first day she screamed (which I knew she would), but when I picked her up she had so much fun that she said next time she would go without the screaming. I'm sure her teacher appreciated that! She goes every monday and wednesday, which leaves me alone for two hours. I thought I would like this, but I'm so lonely, I just don't know what to do with myself. I'm sure I'll figure it out, but for now I miss that cute little stinker!
She is going to have so much fun learning all her letters and numbers, I'm excited to see her grow.

Hi, Olivia. I miss you. I like school too. I have music, art and spanish too. My favorite part of school is music because I get to play different instruments. I love you, Olivia.

Wow! Cute kids! Kara you are such a cute mom. that is so cool Olivia and Preston are learning spanish. That will certainly come in handy. Love you all!
Isn't the first day of school great for all??? Don't worry Kara, you'll find something to do in those 2 hours while Alyssa is gone. Even if it's just going to the store by yourself. It's great. Kids look cute as always...
